We are not a party to the contracts formed between users and have no control over the conduct of buyers or sellers. You are solely responsible for any transactions you choose to enter into with other users.

  • You are solely responsible for all content you post to the Service, including listing descriptions, photographs, pricing and other information (collectively, "User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content but grant us a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to host, display and distribute it through the Service. We reserve the right to remove or modify any User Content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
