  • - Content Licence: By posting content on our platform, you grant us a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free licence to host, display and distribute your listing content so that we can operate the marketplace.

  • - Violate any laws or third‑party rights.
  • - Use automated means (scrapers, bots) to access the service without permission.
  • - Interfere with or disrupt the platform’s operation.
  • - Create multiple accounts to circumvent fees or listing limits.
  • - Provide personal data of third parties without their consent.

  • 5. Transactions and Payments

  • Thee Main Post acts solely as a venue for posting and discovering listings. We are not a party to transactions between users and do not process payments. Buyers and sellers transact off‑platform at their own risk. Sellers are responsible for complying with applicable consumer protection and returns laws. Our fees for posting or promoting listings are non‑refundable once the listing is published.

  • We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms or applicable law. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to access the service ends, but your listing content may remain in backups or archives.

You may not use our marks without prior written permission. User‑generated content remains the property of the user, subject to the licence described in Section 3.
